Walter Babbini is a Record Producer, Mixing Engineer, Composer, Musician and Bloom Studios owner, based near Rome.
In the eighties he starts very young studying guitar and music theory. At the end of the nineties, he moves to working in recording studios, the producers and engineers that he assisted and collaborated, over the years, are multi-Grammy winners including Michael Brauer, David Bianco, Alan Parsons, Jack Endino, Ross Cullum and Fabio Venturi.
In 2007 he built his own studio, he works with many major artists (Zucchero Sugar Fornaciari, Max Gazzè, Geoff Westley, the Oscar winners Nicola Piovani and Ennio Morricone, Fabrizio Moro, Mannarino, Mogol, Franz Plasa, Bebe, Fabrizio Barbacci, Phil Palmer, Eumir Deodato) and, in his productions, he uses his impressive collection of vintage instruments, outboard, pedals, effects and amps, all the gear that have made the music’s history.
Every element and detail of his own Studio has been carefully selected on his needs. Thanks to the collaboration with M. Brauer he improves his mixing method with complex application of parallel compressions, developing these techniques to define his own style, sophisticated and powerful, built with several work experience.
